Coweta County Democratic Party
Coweta County Democratic Party is the official county organization of the Georgia Democratic Party, comprised of registered Democratic voters living in Coweta County.
The voting members of the Coweta County Democratic Party consist of Executive Committee Members who represent each of the five County Commission Districts. Elected to four year terms, Committee Members are elected per the bylaws of the Democratic Party of Georgia and Coweta County Democrats. They are elected every two years during regular CCPD business meetings. They represent the Coweta County Democratic Party members in their districts and vote on such matters as the budget, election of Officers and State Committee Members.

Members of the CCDP work to engage voters in Coweta County through increased voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities. Fundraising not only supports voter engagement but is also used to help elect people powered Democratic candidates who support our priorities and who can fight to change the right-wing power structure in Georgia.
Now more than ever we encourage community members to join us in our efforts and participate in local initiates. We need you with us to do this important work. Together we can turn Coweta (and Georgia) BLUE!
Third Congressional District Chair
The CD-3 Chair represents and guides county parties within the Third Congressional District. Elected by the State Committee Members within the district, the CD-3 Chair serves a four year term.

Any person over the age of 18 who resides in and is registered to vote in Coweta County, Geogia and who shall declare himself or herself to be a member of the democratic party shall be entitled to membership in CCDP.
Dues shall be $20.00 per year. No member shall be denied participation for failure to pay dues, however, all members are encouraged to participate through the payment of dues.
