Register by Mail
Voters who do not have a Georgia driver’s license or DDS-issued voter ID card must submit their voter registration by mail or in person (you cannot register online).
Register to vote by mail by taking the following easy steps:

Get a registration application by printing one, going to your County Elections Office, or getting an application at a Post Office or at your public library.

Complete and sign the application and mail it to your County Elections Office. Don’t forget postage! Click here to find your county registrar.

If you are registering to vote in GA for the first time: Include a copy of your photo ID and proof of residence, like a utility bill or a copy of your lease.
